This was my first experience with body shop outside of Toyota dealers and I was initially a bit afraid but it was completely changed. I appreciated the personal welcomes and smiles, speedy processing with virtually no wait time, and constant communication via calls and texts.

Only thing I didn't like was the fact that my car was ready to pick up and no one notify me. I had to call my insurance adjuster and he told me that it was ready

You lost my car's electronic key. I mow have to spend today contacting the Honda dealer where I lease the car and a nearby Honda dealer to arrange see production of a new electronic key system. So I am not satisfied with your service.
