Staff was very friendly, professions & went out of the way to accommodate in every way. I was told that my car would be ready on a certain date & it was & the jab was done beautifully. They certainly did a great job on my car. You cN't even tell I hD an accident. I was extremely happy & satisfied with the service

I was extremely satisfied with my experience. Domenic, and his team at Car Kraft, were a pleasure to deal with. They made arrangements for my rental, updated me with a status of my repairs, fixed my vehicle very quickly, and did an amazing job. Employees anxious to be helpful . Car returned in imaculate condition, With touch-up of numerous minor nicks and scratches remote from the Damage site of the accident. It is obvious that the focus of the body shop goes beyond the minimum contracted work. You guys are asking yourselves "what more can I do to make this customer happy!" That's a formula for success.

Thank you very much. I liked the personal touches with the text messages and keeping your word when the job would be done and it was early! I am impressed. Only one thing I can complain about is, I left the car with a full tank of gas and got it back with only 3 quarters :(
