My Car Kraft experience was excellent! Dustin was very helpful, friendly, and made me feel comfortable with this new process. Joe, my adjuster, was friendly, knowledgeable, very nice, and handled everything from calling the insurance agent, to getting a quick quote, and making sure the process was as painless as possible. Very sweet guy. And my car looks better than even before my accident ???????? !! I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend this company to friends and family. Thank you all

Poor attempt at patching a tire that was fine for at least 24 hours after accident. Received vehicle with a patched tire with dangerously low psi only to find out the day later it was indeed patched and now will not hold in air, making the vehicle dangerous to drive on public roads.
