About 98% satisfied. The gas cap leash was not re-installed and I can't see how to do it myself. Other than that trival issue I have been extremely impressed by the level of service you provide.

I've taken my cars in to FAR over the course of many years. They were initially recommended to me by Honda of Seattle. They have always provided excellent service along with very personable interaction. This collision experience was especially traumatic because I had just purchased my brand new car four months earlier. I nearly went into shock when someone rear-ended me on the freeway. I never doubted that my car was in good hands with FAR, however. And, again, they came through for me. My Honda looks and runs like the brand new car it essentially is. I am tremendously grateful to the skilled technicians at FAR for restoring my new car to prime condition. I also appreciate the consideration and patience they showed to me during every step of the process. Thanks guys!! You're the best!

It looks like the damage never even happened! I really appreciated the updates and a job done exactly when promised. The only difficulty was paying the deductible in cash or check. I use an online bank without checks and no easy access to a bank ATM.
