I was mostly satisfied by your service, but I arrived to pay with a credit card and was informed that you only take cash. I had to make a special trip to the bank to take out enough money to cover the deductible. This was inconvenient.

Paint was poorly done and needs to be redone. The mirror was completely forgotten about. Sloppy work!

While the repair took longer than we were told, the repair was done well. There was a paint film on our windows after the repair. We had to return the car to have it removed, which was an inconvenience. However, it seems the car was repaired as needed.
