Entire staff was professional and knowledgeable. My representative was Aaron I chose text communication and it was very effective. Abra Auto Body did an excellent job on repairing my vehicle for my Hit and Run. They went over the top to ensure I had correct repairs to my entire vehicle. My car repair took FOREVER. The estimate indicated that the repair would take 2 weeks. It took 6 weeks. It cost me a lot extra for the rental car. Then when I got my car back, it had a flat tire on the side of the repair. I didn't realize it was flat until it would have been a major pain to try and turn around and bring it back because of the intersection and location of shop. I ended up just going to the gas station and putting air in the tires but this is not something that I should have had to even worry about being an issue.

Receptionist acts like you are the only business in the world that is busy and that every other customer is more important than you and she can't be bothered with you... that is until the day you pick up your car and then when they ask for a survey to be completed she can't be nicer. 2nd time using this location and this was a completely different experience. I had to wait 5 weeks for my appointment to only be told they were too busy and it would be an additional 4 days before they could get to my vehicle because they were so busy. I did have to bring my vehicle back because they didn't fix it. I actually haven't received it yet - so I got the survey before I got my vehicle.

Our van stopped working literally the minute we drove off of Abra's parking lot after the repair was done. Abra will take no responsibility for the damage to our engine and we are left with a van that has a new fender but doesn't drive. I can't even begin to describe my unhappiness with what has happened.

No need to contact me. I have been contacted way too much. Bottom line was you guys ordered the wrong part and it added about a week to the repair time line needlessly, and that was frustrating. So, I cannot truthfully say I was completely satisfied.
