I am a repeat customer having repaired a 99 Grand Caravan and an 11 Highlander with KCW before. The craftsmanship is second to none. I would have appreciated a quicker repair time though, or a more personalised updating process than a daily sms via mobile (which was good but lacked KCW usual warm touch)

I appreciated the great customer service and the updates regarding the progress of how my car repairs were coming along. Not to mention, my car was repaired days before the estimated time it was supposed to be. Everything was perfect and stress free. My car looks like new. The Enterprise car rental was also excellent.
