The car was repaired the up to date information was provided each day the car was present with them. Bonus got a bottle of color to repair the scratches if any on my car.

Having an accident is an qful experience. When I came into Keri Coach, I was overwhelmed. However, everyone that I came on contact with was wonderful. It worked having GEICO (the other person's insurance company) and Enterprise in the same office. Everything was explained and the process was painless. The Keri staff was amazing and I loved the text messages each day. It was silly but I felt as if somebody cared about my CRV and me! When I told my friend where my car was being fixed, her response was "they are the best." She was correct! When I was leaving, three or four people asked me if they could have done anything to improve my experience. Other stopping the other car from rear-ending me, I was totally satisfied!!
