This is the first body shop I've been to that looked so tidy and organized with an office where GEICO and Enterprise had a station. Everything was so convenient. The shop also fixed up my car in a timely manner and best of all without hassle. I'm not hoping for any more accidents, but this will be the place I'd go back to and recommend.

80% satisfied. They delayed 2 days based on estimated time and didn't call me until I made a couple of phone calls. Even though I found a defect and they fixed it right away, still i had to make a special trip and also paid extra 2 days for a rental car. Work Quality is excellent.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM KERI-COACH AND IT'S STAFF. RANDY AND DON TREATED ME LIKE I WAS THERE ONLY CUSTOMER AND MADE ME FEEL CONFIDENT IN THIER ABILITY TO REPAIR MY CAR. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND THE WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT. ADDITIONALLY, I RECIEVED A WARRANTY FOR THE WORK PERFORMED WHICH WAS AN UNEXPECTED BONUS. I WAS IMPRESSED THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR CRAFT AND WILL NOT HESITATE TO USE THEM IN THE FUTURE, IF NEEDED.
