I was very pleased with the fact that your company communicated with me on a regular basis while they had my car. They kept me informed of the progress and estimated date of completion. It was ready ahead of schedule and it looks great. Michelle was very helpful and informative - a bright light in the process of dealing with insurance, etc. I will highly recommend Car Guys to anyone who needs this kind of work done.

The whole team was great from the moment I called. They gave me good advice on how to approach filing a claim and warned me about the other guy’s insurance company, which probably saved me a major headache. Dave was particularly great in being personable, friendly and amazing at communicating. He checked in every couple days for the entirety of the process and made me feel like a priority. Hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere, not just with repairs, in a long time. I’ll be strongly recommending to anyone in need of repairs.

The repair was fine, however, we were supposed to be notified when the repairs were done and we weren't--we had to scramble to get there before closing--we had to come from the Florida Highlands which is about 45 minutes away--we barely made it @ 5:23 pm--
