I worked with Brad through the whole car repair experience. He had great customer service. He was able to answer all of my questions, assured my vehicle would be done in a timely manner, and when it was time to pick my vehicke up he went over some of the items that were fixed. He explained the quality of work that was done and explained the work was guaranteed. So far my vehicle looks, sounds, and runs great. Everything about the experience was top notch, from the excellent body work, to the solicitous way that Mike handled any problems that arose with timing and keeping me informed of the repairs progress. This is the best body shop experience I have had in my 68 years on the planet. Would recommend Car Guys without reservation.

Carguys exceeded our expectations! Everyone was polite, helpful and professional from the get-go. Intially my husband dropped our car off at Special T Auto in Crystal River. He had thought that was the place I received the written estimate. He realized the mistake 15 mins later and was back at that shop 30 mins to let know of the mistake. They told him it was too late, that they had already made 300 in repairs to the car. My husband witness them only putting a body filler in the dent, instead of replacing the panel, which was actually needed. When my husband mentioned that they didn't even have a written estimate for repairs the guy said "I'll put the dent back in it, and you can take it". Which he did with a hammer, multiple times to our horror. We immediately went to Carguys and Justin and the crews told us not to worry about it and that he would take care of all of the damage, including the damage done at Special T Auto. My husband has told me repeatedly how thankful he is that we didn't go with the other guy. We received daily texts on the status of the repair. The results were amazing and they cleaned our entire car inside and out. You won't be disappointed going with Carguys! They really do care!!!
