Stacy worked with me. She was very professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. She handled everything in a timely manner. The repairs were flawless - beautiful job. I would receive Car Guys Crystal River to everyone I know. So happy I made a u-turn and pulled in for an estimate.

The car had improper gaps under hood. Now there is a rattle because of the improper fit. Some adjustment needs made. I was concerned that the previous repair that left a bucle in the front bumper cover. I was told to bring my car back to have the smaller bucle removed so I'll will take the car back in 30 days to have this done. I was not at all satisfied with the hood alignment. However the assured me this could be adjusted when the car is returned for the buckling issue. Ricki H

You have a very attentive and cheery office staff. December explained the process, communicated with my insurance and kept me updated through the days. Your other office staff were attentive to my needs whenever I called to get something from my car that I had forgotten to remove. I couldn't be happier with them.
