Service was great and i got my vehicle back earlier than scheduled. My only problem was that they over charged my card when i paid causing my bank account to become negative.

The is the second time I have had body work done here. I was a little disappointed that my drivers side floor mat was filthy when I picked my car up. Also, my tires showed on the dash that all four tires were very low and I feel even though it was not discussed it would have been nice if they inflated them. It’s just the little things that me as a customer would appreciate.

Left scratches on the truck, over spray is everywhere, muffler now sits on the bumper, only a matter of time before it’ll melt. You think with the repairs costing almost 6k it would have been fixed a litte better. The job was half ****.

I was satisefied overall. My answer was NO, because the right rear bumper clip was still sticking out and loose when I picked up my car. I pointed it out to my service advisor, who had his tech screw it back down. Other than the loose clip, I was satisfied with the repair job.

I greatly appreciated how friendly all your employees were, even those simply passing through the building. Everything about the process was explained up front and all my questions answered. I loved the updates along the way. This was a first wreck for me, so I am most appreciative for the wonderful service. I hope I never have another but I would certainly use Collision Works again and will recommend you to others.

David Le and the service techs obviously aim for 100% satisfaction! Took our concerns seriously and gave FAST service! Very knowledgeable and experienced with the insurance companies. We couldn't be more pleased. The only concern I had was that the text updates seem to be auto-generated, not true updates--this was obvious when AFTER receiving a phone call from the CW receptionist that our car was ready, I received a text update several hours later saying our car was over halfway done--56% exactly. That was easy to overlook since CW is so great at communicating personally, but I would love for them to make that a true update. Excellent service
