I was completely satisfied with the repairs that was done to my vehicle. However, I specifically dropped off my vehicle to Collision Works BA with zero trash on the inside. When I picked up my vehicle I notice a plastic bag from QuikTrip in the drivers side door, I also noticed the radio station was set to (103.3), which I do not listen to, both the drivers side & passenger side seat backs had been leaned back and the steering wheel moved up. Obviously, someone took the vehicle off the premises to drive to QT. That should not be allowed.

I was most please with the services at the establishment. Also the employees were very professional and made me feel like my car was in great hands. Words cannot describe how wonderful the employees were. Especially the two lady's who helped me at the front desk Jessica and Chyanne. :)

There is a bit of a gap in the seam of my New bumper, but is not a big deal since the work is warranted for as long as i own my car But all in all the level of service and friendliness of staff was amazing!

When I was informed that my car was ready on Friday June 16th, I was told that the paperwork would be printed up and placed in my car. And that my keys would be locked in the car as well. When I arrived to pick up my car there were no keys and no paperwork in my car. Also the color of the bumper was not the right color. I feel as though it should have been quality checked before contacting me to come and pick it up. I am by no means a paint expert but I could clearly see that the pint did not match the rest of the car. This error caused me to be in the rental car for longer that I wished to be. In the end it was fixed and I have been able to drive it away from the shop and am happy to say the color now matches. I just suggest a more thorough check of the vehicles before contacting owners to pick them up.

It was a lengthy process. I had to pay for 20 days of taxes on the car rental. It was great to get my car back today. Hopefully all the repairs are done correctly.

I was told the truck was done when in fact it was not as a part that was orders wasn't in yet... so now I have to bring my vehicle back in for that. There a piece inside the door that is already coming off. I am now hearing an air leak through the driver side window (which is the side that was fixed) My grill guard is still scratches up which isn't that big of a deal but still. I hope this is seen by the right eyes. It is a little upsetting that this is happening but it is none the less

Everybody was friendly. Had an appointment to get mirror replaced. They started on time and finished quickly. And made sure I was happy with the repair!
