Love that everything was in one place the Geico claims adjuster the Enterprise Rent-A-Car and the auto body shop was all in one place the customer service was pretty good although I found it I was calling them more to keep me up-to-date and they were calling me but the car looks beautiful I am truly very happy

It’s still early yet. But I am very satisfied with the repairs to my vehicle. If I didn’t know it myself, I wouldn’t be able to tell that my vehicle was in an accident by looking at it. you have a great and friendly staff who are a pleasure to work with. both ladies in the office were clear about my repairs, setting up my rental, contacting my insurance, my estimate, and the time line. i really enjoyed their happy attitudes and they were fun to talk to. my rav 4 looked wonderful and was super clean when i picked it up! this is my second repair at this shop in spring city and will return in the future. although, i hope i dont hit another deer :) thanks to all the other unseen people involved in my repair as well.
