After I got my car back from Prestigious Auto Body and drove home I saw that the work wasn't finished since many scratches were still visible on the passenger side (the side where the work was supposed to done), also I had major damages on the wheels paint (plastic dip paint), and two lights were out, one was replaced at the time but the passenger headlight isn't working as before. I'll have to come back tomorrow to show it and also to talk with the manager.

I really appreciated that you return the rental car for me and that you wash my car I think it took too long and I got mixed messages on the text messaging and I do feel that you are in cahoots with the insurance companies to make as much money as possible on each job

You guys changed the date of the pick up 4 times. You guys were rude when i went to pick up but when an american went you were polite, also your worker Jaime told me that my car was going to be ready when i would arrive but it wasn't and i had to wait more than an hour. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.
