I appreciate 19th Auto body washing my car and going beyond the service job scheduled. Free Wifi, coffee, etc was a nice addition too. My only suggestion for improvement is to try to stay on schedule and not extend out a service job.

My contact was very attentive. He explained the process to me. 19th Auto Body also changed the other front tire of my car for customer service. They know that this other front tire will not be reimbursed by Farmers. They turned over my car in the exact time that they promised me. Five stars for this auto body shop!
