Car was delivered with a none working door (front passenger door would not open from inside). I also noticed that a small trim piece (access hole cover) in the inside door release area was hanging loose. Vehicle had to be returned for repair. It would have been nice if the vehicle had been inspected for proper function before I picked it up.

My tires were not aligned, my flood light was out, and my fender was not put on properly when I got it back. Thy had to order me a new fender and I have to turn my car back in for something that should have been done the first time.

Everyone was so polite and helpful, from Logan at the front desk to Jesse calling me and giving me updates on my car on a daily basis. When I picked up my car it was extremely clean on the inside and out. It looked like the carpets had been shampooed and vacuumed! The repairs are great - the car looks good as new. The issue was that I was promised regular updates and did not receive any until I asked. It's not a big deal but that is the one thing that could have gone better with my experience. No contact is needed.
