Overall I'm satisfied. I ended up needing my car for an extra day or 2 longer than expected which required me to pay a few more days of insurance for the rental vehicle. Also the desert rubber sticker that was applied to the vehicle has air bubbles in the sticker that I am unable to smooth out we a credit card. Over all experience with the gentleman who assessed the vehicle was great and he was very professional. Great guy.

When I was rear-ended, I commented that my trunk lock was not the same as before. It still functioned but was not the "free release" it had been prior to the event. When the car was returned to me, it appeared that nothing had been done despite my communication. I now intend to have it addressed at my next scheduled maintenance at my Honda dealership. Other than that, my experience with the bumper replacement/painting was excellent!

When I received my car my front license plate was missing, your staff was quick to find it and a mounting kit and put it back on my bumper as soon as possible. Great customer service. The text system however is a little slow, I had my car back in my possession for almost 18 hours before I got the text to tell me that my car was ready to be picked up.
