Not use to scheduling a repair. When a wreck happens people are not use to waiting for a scheduled estamate then waiting for a scheduled repair.

Took longer than the date I was promised. Car was there for a month. Didn't appreciate being told I would be given a call back after asking questions and then not receiving a call back. Didn't feel like my business was prioritized at all.
I am satisfied with the way my car came out and the job that was done to it. Just not happy with the Customer Service or amount of time taken.

Jeremy was very helpful and explained things well. He made me feel like my car was important. Lincoln has a backordered window part. He was able to put a temporary one in so I did t need to wait forever for my car back. He will follow up and replace that window when it eventually comes in. Very pleased with the service.
