Great job. It was delayed by a damaged part being delivered to Herb's, but that's not your fault. The work is flawless though. Only small problem was streaky windows when I picked it up. Not a big deal.

After I left your shop I realized my passenger side light cluster (blinker,running and head light)in the front and the blinker in the back are not working. I also noticed that there were things in my trunk moved all around and that there were things in my car moved around which did not make since they weren't doing work in my trunk or above my visor in my car. They were working on my outside passenger front door. My clock was wrong also meaning the battery was most likely unhooked. Which doesn't seem right either.

All the repairs were not made. We asked for the right headlamp to be tightened. We also sent an email reminder. The Tech said he didn't know anything about it.

It took a little longer than I originally thought it would. But the initial estimate from the insurance company had errors and additional work was required. Being updated helped me to understand better. Marty was great at answering all my questions and explaining what all was required. The result was a vehicle coming out that looked substantially better than it did even before the hail damage. It is the wife's truck and she is 100% happy with it. Enough said.

Repair took way too long: Work was scheduled far in advance of June 21 start date, but the car sat untouched at your shop for about two weeks before work started. Entire process should have been about 10 days, but took over a month. Paint is OK, but slightly orange-peeled
