I want to say thank you for all the hard work. I was nervous going and dealing with my Jeep without my husband. From the moment I walked in the door, I was treated well. Smiles, manners, fast service, and they explained everything to me and made sure I understood it all. Geico service was great, enterprise was great, the person who texted me with updates and calls were great and of course the wonderful team at Kendrick’s did an awesome job on my Jeep. Not only on fixing my vechicle but washed and detailed it. Above and beyond. So appreciative (my husband recently had kidney transplant surgery so what you did on my vehicle, I have been trying to do myself without the time) so thank you again. Everyone at Kendrick was knowledgeable and friendly. They clearly explained what needed to be done when I first brought my car in for the estimate and took the time to answer all of my questions. They were able to take my car that same day and immediately started working on it. They communicated with me regularly while my car was being repaired, providing updates on the progress. When I got my car back, it looked like the accident never happened! I am very satisfied with the work that was done and the customer service they provided. I definitely would recommend Kendrick to my friends and family.

I am very satisfied with the work that Kendrick's performed on my vehicle. Lauren kept in constant contact with me throughout and I appreciate that because I always like to keep up with the status of what's going on with my vehicles. She was very kind and patient and thorough with explaining to me what was going on. USAA is the best, and I am so glad to have been with them so long. Lauren is and awesome representative at Kendrick's for USAA. It was a Pleasure leaving my car in her care.
