I have always had my vehicles repaired by kendricks paint and body. Never had a complaint.

I couldn’t have imagined the care and amazing work they did on my Dodge. They kept me updated every step of the way With text messages. I was ultimately surprised when I got there to pick up my SUV and it had been washed! Hopefully I will never have to use them again but if I do Kendrick’s will be the one and only place I go! They helped by taking a huge stressful situation and turning it into a situation that I knew was going to be alright. Another bright spot was that I didnt have to worry about getting the rental care back to Enterprise. When I got to Kendrick’s and picked up my Dodge Enterprise was there to take my rental car back for me. And as a mother that had a car full of kids that was super helpful. I just want to say Thank you to everyone that had anything to do with my Dodge! You are great people and number **** in my book.

Robbie Bedwell was the estimator that I had the pleasure of working with. He did an awesome job keeping us informed about the progress on our car. I started out with a different estimator, but he went above his call of duty to make the transition smooth. There was a delay in my car being completed, but I was patient. I appreciate Kendrick's Paint & Body, and I hope the outstanding customer service continues!!!

The staff at Kendrick's 1402 Broad St Shop were polite, respectful and considerate especially Jillian McDonald who updated me on the progress of my car repairs in a timely manner.

The customer service agent was not very knowledgeable about status of car. The repair shop took over 30 days for a 8 day repair
