They had my car for three weeks repairing the bumper and drivers side back door. I got my car back Wednesday August 15th, the break lights wouldn't go off and the car doesn't accelerate like it should before I took it there. I took it back today they were able to turn the break lights off but they're back on. So now I have to take the car to the dealer due to something you all did. I didn't have any issues until I took my car to you guys

First I'd like to say Kendrick's is my paint and body shop. I have used your services before and met **** Bryant. He earned my trust with his outstanding customer service in my previous experience. In the unfortunate circumstances of needing a paint and body shop again, I did not hesitate chosing a Kendrick's location. I chose the Wheeler Rd shop because Doug Beasley was now running it. Working with Mr. Beasley is always a pleasure. I have done business with him for years and chose this Kendrick's location so he could manage my repair. He's a quality individual with excellent customer service and communication skills. He made sure the car was repaired right the first time and on time. You guys did an excellent job. Great move hiring Doug Beasley, keep up the great work guys.
