After returning my vehicle a second time to have additional body work done and to fix the shake in the truck for a second time, it is still not corrected! I took the truck to alamogordo this weekend and there is still a vibration or shake that was not in this brand new truck prior to the accident! I will be calling Geico because twice I have informed Carcrafters either a rim on the side I was hit or one or both the tires on the driver side that hit the curb have rims that are bent are or the axle is bent on the side I was hit?! That vibration is felt at 75-76 mph and AGAIN was not there before the accident!

Tabitha is a breath of fresh air! Robert is a **** of fire getting more done in an hour than most people do al day. He took great care of us at drop off and pick up time. The car looks great! The work was done fast! Everything was fantastic!!
Only one minor thing could have been better: Robert said he would call to let us know how everything looked after they got the car apart and we didn’t get that call. I am sure it was probably just an oversight, or that he was distracted by lining up the work to be done for us and we really didn’t need to know because Mister Car Wash was paying for the repairs. If I was in his shoes, I would have felt like that box was checked when I was done getting authorization from Mister Car Wash. Minor wrinkle in an otherwise 12 out of 10.

It took an entire month to fix a back bumper, quarter panel, and tail light. A month. The original estimate was 7-10 days. That is not satisfactory.
