My seats and sun visors were burnt from grinding or welding. Shop said they would take care of it but let me finish. All of my weather stripping was installed incorrectly. Overspray and scratches all over roof. Clear coat not done correctly. Bumper installed incorrectly ****" off. You were **** week over due. Missing bolts in interior. Broken trim tabs on bed. Newly installed mirror scratched. Roof headliner not installed correctly only threaded a couple of times not even hand right. NO COMMUNICATION 2 TEXT MESSAGES IN 6 WEEKS. I have photos of everything claims has been notified. My insurance agent came to take photos and she is aware. Your shop in rio rancho is unprofessional and are in need of extensive customer service training. I'm sure you now know how I feel and we will see how you try to correct this.

I would like to start with my estimator, Sid was very nice. Otherwise, this is the second time I've had a bad experience with you all. It is understandable that repairs take time. But it seemed as though no care was given to my car while it was in the shop. The fact that Car crafters knew that repairs would take three plus weeks means they should have taken precautions to ensure my battery didn't die while there. This would literally mean driving it around the parking lot or block. Instead I came to pick up my car after calling twice with no response, nor any updates past the original estimated date of pickup to find my car completely dead and unlocked out in the parking lot. It is the small things when it comes to customer service and trust, and these seem to go unnoticed here. I will not be returning to car crafters again.

Car Crafters on Northeastern is far superior to that on Montano. While Montano wanted me to sign a form and take insurance money without repairing my car. Car Crafters on Northeastern found a fender for my car before ever having me sign an agreement. The process at the Northeastern facility was easy and quick and the staff were all very respectful to me. The car looks great again and I am happy to drive it again. The crew at Northeastern is great and I highly recommend their auto repair facility at Car Crafters on Northeastern. (Montano should close, but Northeastern is great!!)
