I had to come back THREE separate times when the car was not complete. I will NEVER use CAR CRAFER again and I will tell ALL my clients and FRIENDS to stay away. I think the quality of service was dismal. When my hood was misaligned, rubber on the hood not placed, yellow marker ink showing when damages was still on the car and the car was not washed as well as filthy inside where the worker went in and out and placed dirt on the mat it was a waste of time. Timing is a little frustrating. Hard to pick up cars when you're only open during normal business hours. I work at a hotel, I don't work normal business hours. Would be much nicer if you all had more hours available.
