Staff need to look at the final repairs ensuring everything has been completed. Several bolts were shaved off near radiator, front bumper was not completed, and scratch on one fender caused by the auto body shop. I had to double check the work

This is the second vehicle that I take to the Riverside location. What brought me back was the great job they did the first time. I noticed the name changed and so I was unsure whether I’d be satisfied once again. I took the chance and I’m super glad that I did. They were just as good as the first time, if not better. Paul did a great job in keeping me updated on a daily basis, I was offered a ride to pick up my rental the day I dropped off the car. Marie did an outstanding job in accommodating my pick up time needs and was even going to arrange a pick up from my home to the shop to pick up the car. The body work on the car was great. They did everything they needed to do and more. Overall I’d recommend this shop to anyone for their great customer service and amazing body work on the vehicle. P.S. my front bumper damage took them 5 days to be done. If that isn’t fast for an amazing job, I don’t know what is. Thank you very much 1st Certified Collision!

Great service,kept me up to date the whole time with my repairs on my car

Quality of repairs was completely unacceptable. Recieved the vehicle with many imperfections and dirty. The service rep. Was nice in the office. The work and repairs was like if an amateur did it.

Everyone is very knowledgeable and very supportive and I liked that the work was done correctly. I felt very satisfied!
