I was rear-ended on the freeway and took my car in via my insurance. The staff was very friendly, communicated with updates and very through. They did a great job with my car. I really appreciated that they were accommodating when I had them double check a feature on my car and had to have my husband pick up my car while I was at work. Also they helped me in driving my home after my estimate. thank you!

As someone new to town, the accident literally happened within an hour of arriving, I was pleasantly surprised to have such a team take care of my car. They checked in via phone or text at least twice a week to let me know about progress. They explained every aspect of the work needed and were extremely helpful to someone as stressed out as I was. Just when I thought they couldn’t do anymore they offered to return my rental for me after I picked up my car so I didn’t need to make two trips. I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism and kindles to the new girl. I never once felt like just another customer, I felt like their only customer. If I ever need any work done or know someone who does I know where I’m sending them. Thank you doesn’t seem like enough.

It was dark and I didn’t get to inspect my car properly. When I got it home in the lit up driveway I noticed a list of things that were not completed, missing or wrong. ****- the undercarriage of the car is not attached in the back and it is just hanging . 2- there are still black marks on the passengers side where the damage was done on the car. 3- the front mud shields/flaps were not replaced. 4– the overspray or sanding reminance was not blown out of the engine compartment and is comepletly covered. We Will check again in the daylight to see if there is anything else and inspect the actual paint job. Mistakes happen, we all make them but this is a list of things and gives concern that the rest of the work was just tossed together with minimum care. The customer service is great however and Jessica at the front desk and Rafael have been a real pleasure to work with. Will get back to you after we inspect in the daylight.

Repairs completed professionally. No issues. Ahead on schedule 3 days before estimated completion date. Car washed. Love the warranty for repairs. A score of 5 (from 0 to 5) with 5 as excellent.
