The office staff were courteous. Jorge and staff kept me updated on the progress of the repairs by phone calls and texts. When I picked my Passat up, Jorge explained all the repairs made. The staff are all very courteous. The manager acknowledged me from the beginning till the end. Did a fantastic job with fixing my bumper and everything was explained to me step by step. My car had a good wash and the inside was thoroughly vacuumed and my tire rims was even polished!
