The question was 'completely satisfied' which I wasn't. Not a big deal but the trunk mat was dirty with several boot prints. I noted the concern and it was addressed.

Car was repaired perfectly and I couldn't see a paint difference between the new bumper and the rest of the car. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that my car had been cleaned.
