two things:
-driver seat was cleaned during detailing and soap left in seat looks like salt from sweat. pretty nasty, everyone is gonna think i have a sweaty ****
-i came in after i trader my car for a rental and asked to get a quote on the bumper. I never got a quote but I guess the business wasn’t that important to you guys. I’m not worried about it.

I gave my vehicle for replacing with new bumper, the bumper was not installed properly and I was asked to come again for it.
I was suppose to get call from fremont collision center to know when to pick up my vehicle but didn't even a a single phone call from them. I had to call every time to find out the status and the person on the phone told me that they will call me to inform about the pick up date and time but never called me.
