The repair works done fine and acceptable but car when delivered was not cleaned. The back seat behind driver side has some spot of oily nature, there was glue or sticky residue on the rear quarter panel on driver side and the gas tank cover is all faded as it is was painted over but not finished.

Had to make a return visit to fix temperature sensor which was not correctly connected and caused check engine light after picking up the car.

i love that they completely took care of everything, including a full detail of the car prior to pick up. The process was well explained when I met with the Geico Rep. I was keep aware of progress by regular emails, and everything happened per the estimate, i.e. price and time! Easy and smooth process. Loved it!

Thanks for the updates about the progress of the repairs. Just when I was wondering what was going on I would get a text message with an update. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. It’s never fun to have your car need to be repaired but this was mostly painless. The repair work looks great and having my car detailed was a real treat. The rental car I got was less than superior but it worked. Having to pay the sales tax on the rental was also an annoyance and came as a surprise.

The car was not completely cleaned. There were still chips of broken glass inside the car. I would say it is not completely done.

No response on car status when I called few times about potential reschedule of pickup. Asked for a VM or call back. Nothing happened. On top of it, there were 3 or 4 delays in delivering the vehicle. Initial estimate was 6 days but turned out to be 20 days

The daily status e-mails were reassuring the first week as to being on schedule for the promised completion date, but otherwise not very informative. For the 2nd week, the estimated completion date was excluded and it was hard to get a completion date as the completion day approached. I was told at noon that my car would be completed by 5:30 on 4/24, then I got a vague e-mail at 2:30 and when I called at 3:00, I was told that now my car would not be done until the next day or possibly the day after. But, the work quality appears outstanding. Harry

They don’t deliver on time. 1st they told me 4/18. Then 4/20 then 4/21. Then the manager call me told me it will be 4/25. I call 4/24 told me it will be 26. Then on 26 they said there are not finish painting and have not done wheels alinement. Then they say april 27 at 10:30am. I when to the shop on april 27 12 noon and the car is not yet there. The paint they did for my rims are not good. I have picture of it. I don’t recommend this shop. They are not punctual and they don’t know how to communicate to client.
