Our vehicle was brought to Mountain View Auto Body for insurance repair. It was completed on time and on budget. The initial estimate of time and of cost was accurate. We received frequent updates on the progress of the work being done. All work was done to our satisfaction when we picked up the vehicle. It was easy for us to communicate with the shop by phone or by email. We were always able to get in touch with the managers and staff when we needed to do so. The shop has an onsite representative from Enterprise Rent-A-Car which makes it easy to arrange for a rental. We'll use Mountain View Body Shop for future needs, and will recommend them to others for both insured and non-insured repairs.

Appreciate, if ACC or Geico estimator called me before purchasing the tires it would have saved me some . I was told ACC is still estimating the impact of the damage and on the initial inspection they are decided to replace two damaged tires. I requested the geico estimator saying I need to buy other two tires two, so let me know once they complete all the estimates. Next day I got a call saying the two tires are fixed and fix is almost complete. Don't I need to get a call to go over the final impact estimates and what course of action you are going to take etc? Due to all these confusion, I was forced to take leave from office to buy the tires and deliver the new tires to ACC with the restocking penalty of 20 per tire. Which could have avoided, if they have called me before purchasing the tires. Anyway, next I need to be careful. Thanks.

Gaps in alignment of wheel weld panel. Plastic section is completely outside the place where it meets the metal Not symetrical with undamaged (left) Panel. I can see discoloration that looks like an attempt to repair a dent. Poor repair. Very unsatifified and disappointed.

****.the bumper was changed, but the bottom lining of the bumper came loose because the plastic plugs used to secure it,was not tight enough. The right side was OK, but not the left side. 2. Because of the jolt,the cd in the cd plyer,flung out and got stuck inside. The technician thought it was a impossible thing to happen. So it was not repaired. 3. They replaced the rear bumper good. Thanks.

When I received my car it was cleaned and detailed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Also they put some locks I had bought on my rims. Thank you for great customer service. Would definitely recommend to a friend or family.
