Front windshield is cracked and looking back on the pictures that were taken when I dropped the car off...the crack happened while at the shop. My key fob is also not working correctly. It took almost 2 weeks for the service and the work wasn't what was expected after being there for so long. I had left the rental car in their possession after I picked up my vehicle...untouched, no scratches, no dents, no marks in which I am hoping that I can trust that it will be returned to the rental service in the same shape. I am not happy at all and hope this can be remedied asap. I would like my windshield as well as my key fob fixed and replaced.

Poor quality work. Truck was not detailed when I picked it up. Poor quality refurbished on the rim. Gaps are not equal.

I had a bad experience at ACC Collision last year. I am glad I gave ACC Collision another chance as customer service has improved immensely. Thank you for keeping me in the loop the entire time my car was in the shop and for completing the job in a timely manner.

Everyone I spoke with was extremely professiona and friendly which was greatly appreciated after coming from an auto-accident. No matter if the accident didn't cause injury, it can be a little traumatic but you guys made everything easy. Thank you!

When you notified me multiple times that my car was ready to be picked up, don't make me wait 20 minutes for you to clean it. Clean it before I get there.

****. White streak on rear bumper, driver's side, from an impact with a white vehicle. This was NOT on my car when I brought it in. 2. You forgot to close my hood. Did not notice this until I got on the freeway, and was accelerating. CHP officer noticed this, and helped me to get out of traffic and helped me close the hood. 3. Tires are NOT balanced. The entire car shakes and vibrates at any speed greater than 60 MPH 4. A 4-wheel alignment was NOT performed. The steering wheel points to the 10 o'clock position for the vehicle to go straight. Not sure what you did other than repair the bumper and keep my car for 2 weeks, but this is not what the quality of work expected.
