The repair was quick and good. The delivery of the car was not to my satisfactory. It was dusty. It was like the car was not washed and detailed as mentioned by the representative. I had called earlier that I was coming to pick up the car. I felt the shop didn't really care about my car or the presentation. Once they got my money they seem like they don't care. I gave the benefit of a doubt to use their service. Even though yelp reviews say otherwise. I guess the reviews are correct. I will not use this shop again.

Good service, quality execution.
Only constructive criticism would be setting expectations on picking up the car. First call said it would be ready the next day around 3. Then I heard nothing and called the next day to find out it would be ready the following day at noon. I called again (with no one calling me) and found out it would be ready at 5:30.
Always better to lower my expectations and then beat them, instead of making me chase you around.
