Everything is great! The next time I need any body work I'm coming to you guys! I just wish I had known about you before I screwed up my quarter panel.

Leonard went above and beyond. He let me drop my car off 15 minutes before the shop opened so that I could still make it to work on time. He kept me updated along the way, and he helped me put my bumper back in place, even though my car was in the shop for a separate issue. I will definitely go back with any future auto repair needs.

Brian and Marc showed the utmost professionalism all while making sure I understand everything that was happening.

When I picked up my car and returned it my garage, I noticed spots all over the car which I thought was either white overspray or polish that the rotation of the electric buffer spread out. Called Don's, spoke with Mark, described what I was seeing. Without hesitation Mark tolb me to bring the car in which I did. After his inspection, Mark gave me his conclusion: Bee poop and bee pollen. Sounded implausible until he showed showed me his own vehicle which exhibited the same tan spots. Mark immediately proceeded to have my car re-washed on the spot at his shop; no fuss, no pushback, no charge. Now that's the top-tier of customer service! After hearing the cause, I told Mark that I was willing to pay for the rewash. He wouldn't accept my offer. Mark did an amazingly unidentifiable repair to a dent my vehicle sustained in a ridge of body metal surrouning the gas filling nozzle. Bottom line? Mark is the body repair I have searched for since I owned my first vehicle. Don't even shop. Go to Don's in San Mateo! R. A. E.
