To whom is May concern: I'm writing you to express my dissatisfaction with your service. On Friday November 21st I arrived at your location off of Knight road to pick up my vehicle. After waiting for 40 minutes I was informed that my keys could not be located therefore I could not pick my vehicle up at that time. I was told that I would receive a call by the following day. Well the following day the call never came so I decided to bring my spare key to recover my vehicle. Once arriving and waiting again I was now told that someone attempted to break into my vehicle through the passanger door key entry and my key weren't found. They said they would repair the damages, key and keyless remote. Well here we are today Nov 25th and I pick my vehicle up and noticed that a set of keys for a classic Mustang, along with house keys and mail box keys are all missing from the glove box of my truck I was picking up. At this point I'm very concerned not only with the possible theft of my truck but my classic mustang and home. I'm extremely upset that no one seems to be able to explain what happened. I'm currently in the process of filing a police report along with consueling with my attorney on what I can do on my end to investigate what happened. I ask that someone in upper management contact me as soon as possible so this can be resolved. Valdo ****-****-xxxx

My problem was not completely resolved as I was informed. Whoever entered the vehicle left indications of rough handling to interior. The vacuum and wash is appreciated.

The gas cap was ripped. The plastic next to the drivers seat is broken. The actual repair is great but I would like to know why you even needed to mess with MY GAS or my gas container if the repairs were on the opposite side?
