Took way too long and then we had to call and keep following up as to progress even though there were text messages, they where unreliable. Also could improve on telephone courtesy, the last two folks spoke so fast when they answered the phone I wasn't sure I had called the right place.

The Cubbage and Geico team was superb! I was delightfully greeted and they offered superior service! Great team! I admit I was reluntant because of the negative reviews, but I didn't find any of the comments to be true. Pete the service rep for Geico waaaasss awesome! Rental was trouble free. Inside of the car was not vacuumed.
Also the antenna of the car that was brand new is now broken. The plastic casing of the antenna is split in two.
