SERVICE STARTS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. VEHICLE SHOULD BE CLEANED BEFORE RELEASE TO CUSTOMERS. MY CAR IS FILTHY INSIDE OUT. I DROPPED MY CAR CLEAN. I UNDERSTAND THAT THEY DID WIRK ON IT BUT OUT OF VOURTESY RETURN VEHICLE THE SAME WAY IT WAS DROPPED OFF. PERSON THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE NEEDS TO BE TACTFUL, VERY IMPORTANT.
