Everything was fine with the exterior work. They did a great job on that part! When I picked it up and drove off it wasn't driving good like something is wrong with a tire I took it back and the said one of my tires were low they added air and said it should be fine but it still drives like something's wrong with it! So I called my insurance person and asked him if I can take it to my shop that works on my car to get my tires checked out so I will be taking it there!

Great place to take your car to get repairs and the staff is very friendly not to mention the rental car service was great as well... I would recommend regional auto center to my friends and family.... Thank you sooooooo much...

The window was not set correctly, the passenger door sounds like a cheap tin can and the passenger fog does not work. I am extremely dissatisfied with the work. It's apparent that there was zero attention to detail. I am very disappointed with the results but am hopeful they can be remedied.

Everyone was very helpful, friendly and showed sincere concern to make my experience as less painful as possible. Marty, Andrew, and young lady at the front desk are assets to your organization. I am in the customer service industry angel hav been for over 30 years so I know excellent customer when I receive it.

there was good communication and good follow through. they did a fine job on the repairs requested and returned my car to me clean on both the inside and the outside. i hope i do not need the services again anytime soon, but should that be necessary, i will definitely return to Regional

I would have to rate you great on promise good on delivery. Your adjuster questioning my honesty was unacceptable. After pointing out damage that was not repaired he said if I would go to a muffler shop and get them to agree it was done in the accident he would repair. You lost a potential customer and many compliments by a at most 100 additional repair. But what really amazed me was this kid by comparison questioning the honesty of a 68 year old person who had nothing to gain by this small repair. Sometimes there is no logic to these type of things. You lost all the goodwill you had gained in the first two days of great service. Thanks for the opportunity to let you know.
