Was surprised to find my car engine bonet not properly covered till it got opened on the highway home--I-24 South. It forced me to quickly stop behind a car in front of me. Lucklly, I was able to control the car avoiding a terrible accident dt would've happened! Happened about 5.55pm from Advanced Collusion center'to my apt. Immediately called the office but no one picked my call. Outside this ugly incident, the rest of the work on the car was ok, but with some other minor left over stuff inside my car which I showed one of the technicians. Will still call on Monday as a follow up complaint. Bartholomew O

Did a great job

Everyone was very professional and knowledge. They kept all scheduled appointments and kept me updated as promised. I would recommend their services.

We brought our car in to have the damage to the front driver's side repaired. The work done to that side looks great. It appears that, when installing the new bumper and apron, none of the clips were put back in the passenger side. There are noticeable gaps along the passenger front wheel well and nearly evefrom other point where two or more pieces come together on the front passenger side. I am beginning to understand why, after receiving a text and a phone call telling me that our car was ready, I had to wait nearly 40 minutes to get my car pulled around to where I was waiting, even after the shop's posted closing time of 6:30. It was my husband who brought the situation with the front bumper and what is essentially the entire passenger side front quarter panel to my attention. Now I am hopeful that the parts will stay in place long enough to make it back to your shop on Monday morning.
