My repair was mostly fine. I'm a bit annoyed that during the inspection they did not catch the fact that something had gone flying during impact and wedged into the cup holder in the back seat. While they did fix it when I pointed it out, I'm noticing there is some slight warping due to the time it was stuck like that. I would expect that the entire car would be given a thourough inspection after such an accident. My check engine light was also on. While it was, later determined not to be caused by the acvident, the technician had noted it on check in but did no further investigation at that time. Instead I had to wait for a scan to be run. A lot of time would have been saved if they had just scanned it in the beginning and noted the code then. I appreciate that they took care of my concerns upon pick up but do think they shouldn't have been issues to start with. As a side note, I felt the receptionist was very rude when I came back with my concerns. When I walked up to the counter she said, "Oh God you're back. What's wrong now." I was very upset by this as I had made the arrangements with the technician to return for the code scan. In my experience all customers, even those anticipated to complain should be greeted warmly and politely.

Everything was good except for waiting for a call that the car was ready. Received a text that there would be a call so waited. I finally called and they said they would call me when the could check with a manager. We finally drive over and found out the car was ready.

The **** Hannah Collision Center has an outstanding Staff of Employees!! All of the employees I came in contact with via the phone or in person were extremely polite, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I especially liked getting updates, concerning my car, via text messages. The Collision Center reception and work station area, although it is a small area, it was clean and comfortable. The body and mechanical work done on my 2009 Kia Sportage appeared to be done professionally and with great care. I am a **** Hannah fan, the Collision Center fixed my previous 2006 Kia Sportage also. And I actually purchased both Sportages from **** Hannah Kia. **** Hannah will be my first choice every time! Thank you!!!

I got the impression everyone was too busy doing and redoing everything to makes sure everything was clean and complete before going to the next step. If everyone slowed down and took more pride then things would get done faster at lower cost and higher quality.

Poor communication . Lack of responsibility taken by the staff when the completed estimation was extended due to "Kia not doing what they were supposed to do" the car looks great, and was cleaned. But not even an apology was expressed
when the car was picked up . We are really unsure now and very uncomfortable doing buisness in the future with **** hannah.
