The repairs dictated on my estimate were NOT completed as stated. State Farm listed the repairs on the estimate along with serial numbers for the parts. Hannah Colision did not carefully read the estimate and replaced the wrong part. This resulted in me being even further inconvenienced as well as the broken part still needing to be fixed. You were quick to take my money for the repair but not as eager to make sure that the repairs were done correctly. If I can read the estimate and discover the difference in serial numbers as well as be able to LOOK at the car and see that a piece is still broken, how is it that your staff can not?

I liked the updates on the progress of my car. And the workers went above and beyond by washing my car and vacuuming the inside! Enjoyed the surprise.

Overall they did a good job. The only thing that could have been better is updating me on the progress of the repairs. I had to call on the day it was scheduled to be done to find out if the car was ready and it turned out it was going to be a few more days.

While satisfied with the end result, I was perplexed that only Ron could handle the State Farm claim and that he was out of town for several days after the time of my accident. Had someone else been able to execute the claim while I was out of town for one week, I would not have had to rent a car, even though thanks to the insurance policy I only had to pay 25. The car was also not ready until 18 hours after promised and I had significant difficulty reaching Ron, e.g. I called him many more times than he returned my call although I often was just trying to return his call.

The damage to the front of the car (a crushed and slightly torn license plate) was missed in the original survey of the damage from the collision, but it is minor enough that I probably can pound it out myself. The rest of the repair work to the area of rear impact was superb, and your daily updates were very helpful. Your staff is very affable and thoughtful. Dr Daniel W
