Everyone was nice, but nothing got done until we called to check in/complain. The GM was communicative which we greatly appreciated, but it felt like every step had to be asked for or even pushed for - even with the extenuating circumstances. And there were a lot of excuses.

The 2016 Kia Sportage LX was purchased at the **** Hannah Kia Dealership. Unfortunately it was in an accident. The car was repaired as good as new with a lifetime warranty on the repairs. What more can I ask for. Timothy Foskett was my point of contacting supervisor on the repairs. Thank you very much. I will recommend **** Hannah Collision repairs to any one who was in my situation. I am very unsatisfied with my experience and the work completed / not completed at **** Hannah Collison. Excuse after excuse, texts and calls claiming my vehicle would be ready then it was not. I had made and canceled more plans than I can count to make the trip to Vancouver to collect my vehicle. Upon picking it up immediately walking up towards the vehicle I could notice items that need attention. Parts and used paper left under the seats. Aerosol cans left under the seat. Items claimed to have been addressed that weren't. Claims that the area of repairs were detailed after servicing is a horrendous lie. I will not be recommending **** Hannah nor will I ever give them my service again. Greatly unsatisfied customer.

We noticed a crack in the paint on the right side of the tailgate and there's a gap in the alignment of the tailgate on the left side. We did contact Matthew about this and the Insurance Company has agreed to allow a body shop closer to our home correct these problems. There's no need to contact us further.

Tim was always giving me info RE: the progress of repairs to the Tacoma. He also answered all my questions quickly. He has done a fine job! The truck looks good and it is good to have it back in the garage again so it can be used when needed.

Michael did go above and beyond his role in order to facilitate the transfer to the service department for me that was not going smoothly. He’s a good man. Thank you all. The vehicle was returned to **** Hannah Collision as it is not driveable. It rides rough and bounces all over the place and the check engine light came on within a few miles of leaving the center. I would have expected a test drive be completed however it does not appear one was done. I have already been without the vehicle for two weeks and now have to wait even longer for someone to get back to me next week. I’ve used this Center in the past and definitely expected more. Prior experience was positive and that is why we chose to use your Center again. I do expect that my vehicle is a priority next week and things are resolved quickly and correctly.
