To whom it may concern:
I do not know what the average time is for repairs on cars with similar damage than mine and a car was provided to me And I was expecting the wait for good results. But it is exactly that that wait that made the Lack of quality on the repairs And status of delivery stand out even more. My car now has some uneven areas, plastic screws that we're supposed to have been replaced and weren't, my car was returned to me "detailed washed" (I called the day before and of pick up of the car would be washed if not I wanted to place an order for a detailed washed and that I was willing to even pay but I was informed that all repaired cars are detailed washed so ...) but with paint stains everywhere and even grease in the inside handle, and to top it off, they used my tools in my truck to fix the tire and didn't have the decency of putting it back the way it was. I wish I could attach pictures to this response. Would I ever return? I Probably won't and will not recommend your establishment.

An alignment was supposed to have been done, however upon pick up of the vehicle. The alignment was never actually done, yet it was on the paper work that one had been completed. Vehicle had to be returned.

From the moment I arrived at Classic Collision, I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. They were understanding and caring when it came to repairing my vehicle. I felt like they actually cared about my circumstance. In addition, the rental vehicle was waiting for me when I arrived for my appointment. Enterprise was also professional and caring. It is difficult when you are inconvenienced by an accident. However, the excellent service which CC, Geico & Enterprise provided made it much easier.
