I also appreciate everything you have done to help me with the insurance guys and I'm really sorry you have to deal with those **** faces so much. Honestly, I've never had such wonderful experiences in such a horrible circumstance as I have with classic collision in general. It's hard to find companies with just one person with a heart, much less a company that with every location I have visited has a whole staff that cares. Amazing service from start to finish! Was greeted before even walking inside. Everything was explained very clearly. And I was out of there with the rental car in less than 25min. They sent daily progress texts. And the even had the car ready before it's estimated complwtion time. Pick up was even faster. I was out of there in 10min. They showed me the repairs and explained the lifetime warrenty. As well as taking care of my deductible after explaining to me that GA law requires they take in consideration the depreciation value of my car. I cried tears of joy! Best experience ever after a not so great car crash. Thank you so much!

This was my first time doing business with Classic Collision and I have to say they go above and beyond. I was updated on every step. My experience with Classic Cillision was excellent from day one and until I picked up my car. I am very picky about my car and they did an amazing job. They will be my go to for any body work or any after accident repairs (which I hope to never have) needed in the future. I highly recommend this company and thank them for a great job.

Car on hold & eventually picked up by choice because the one vendor used by this company did not show up the first day not answer the call the second day to complete work on my wheel. All I wanted as a customer was communication. I do thank Tiffany, Misty & Amanda for understanding that all I asked for was customer service with communication. I took my car without the work being done on the wheel & can not recommend service from this company again. I do not feel as if Bryan gave a ****, cared or thought twice about how it felt to be without a reliable vehicle even with your insurance company paying upfront the estimated cost plus supplemental cost in a timely manner (less than 24 hours).
