Service was awesome. Car looks great. It was a little irritating, though, that all of the texts I received on my phone were addressed to my husband, and the repair was under my husband’s name, even though I was the one who made the appointment, dropped off the car, and paid the bill. Other than that, everyone was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would highly recommend Classic Collision.

Alex kept me updated at every milestone. Moreover, Alex was integral in handling the claim with State Farm.
Effectively, we dropped the car off and a week later we had our vehicle back fully repaired. It was really amazing, we placed one call to State Farm, met with Alex when the vehicle was dropped off, and all was taken care of.
I’ve never, ever experienced anything like this with any service I’ve been involved with. All industries should heed this approach...such a great experience!
