Always professional and they do a great job!

First, I was offered an appearance allowance which would cover the deductible that I owed. Once I got there the Geico representative said he forgot what the appearance allowance was for so now he's not going to waive my deductible unless I could figure out one of the three items that he was going to give me an appearance allowance for. I thought that was unprofessional. Secondly, I drove 40 miles to this location after being told me vehicle was ready, when I got there I noticed that I still have scratches on the front of my bumper as well as on my mirror, also there was some type of compound on my front bumper and after waiting I wad told I could not leave with my vehicle which could have been avoided. Thirdly, one of the repairs that should have been completed was considered to be "wear and tear" however I know that the impact of the collision caused the damage to my axle the way it my truck was sitting on two wheels for an extended amount of time and I feel like Geico was being cheap by not choosing to fix it but the fixed something semi-related to it only because they had no choice. I've been inconvenienced by having to come out of my way to pick up a car that was not done!

Not only was the job completed professionally and timely but I was treated with courtesy and kindness. The repair was done and I received my car back cleaner than before. This extra meant a lot to me. Thank you so much. Lee Bourgeois

Somewhat saddened that Lexus stop making the part that supports the running board. But it was fix but somewhat not flush with the trim. However classic collision provide lifetime guarantee so if anytime it weakens or become lose they will fix it

Stellar service! I was really impressed by the personalized attention i received. Erin was outstanding! She was thorough when detailing the process of getting my vehicle repaired and answered my all questions. The communication was great, the daily text updates were A1. The work done on the vehicle was phenomenal. When i called to say i was on my way, the vehicle was already out waiting for me! Very efficient, this is what customer service is all about.
