Jordan was absolutely amazing! She kept me updated via text on the status of my car, and she would call when things were going to take a little longer than expected. When I came to pick up my car, it looked great! Looked like it had never been hit and it was freshly washed! I am definitely satisfied with the great service I received with Classic Collision, and I told Jordan that she made a difficult situation much much easier!

I was very disappointed with this repair experience. My vehicle sat at this repair location for almost 9 days before an estimate was sent to my insurance company. Reason given had to do with some “staffing issue”. In the mean time the clock was ticking on the rental car I had for which the insurance company was only covering 30 days. Repair extended beyond the 30 days and I had to cover several days of the car rental out of pocket. I don’t feel like I received enough personal communication from repair shop concerning delays, issues and concerns. When calling about vehicle service advisor seemed to be more concerned about getting payment from insurance company than making sure my vehicle was properly repaired. When vehicle picked up there were issues with multiple repairs that still have to be addressed. Service Advisor has responded by E-mail. Hopefully everything will be corrected when I return for rework in a couple of weeks. Very frustrating. Not the experience I was expecting.

Was originally told by the manager Steve Kelly that the service adviser assigned to my vehicle was JT. The van was at the shop two weeks before I heard from JT. When I tried to call JT, all i could get was his voice mail. When I finally talked to JT, he informed my that service for my vehicle was ****. The vehicle was towed to the shop on Oct. 16th. I was told by Steve Kelly the vehicle should be ready on Nov 15th to 17th. Don't think they even started the work until Nov 10th. Received the final bill and told the van was ready on Nov 28th. Very slow service! Would not recommend your shop.

Communication and the time it took to repair was excellent. I'm hoping I do not get into another car accident however if I do I will make sure that I take my car back to Classic Collision.
